P.O. Boxes - we cannot ship products to P.O. boxes.
For credit card transactions your shipping address must match the billing address on your credit card billing statement. If it does not, I will not ship to that address and I will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. The reason for this is that Credit Card companies and consumers really accept little responsibility for transactions that occur on their credit cards. In the unfortunate event that a consumer loses their credit card or their kids get a hold of it and have some fun, at the end of the day the consumer is not responsible and neither is the credit card company. They just flip the charge and the merchant taks a 100% loss on the sale and the merchandise is never returned. Unfortunately, the policy of the credit card companies is that the merchant is 100% responsible no matter what and until that policy becomes more reasonable the only way to protect myself sufficiently is by not deviating from my company policy outlined above.

Methods of Delivery:
We use 3 methods to ship our products:
1. Fed Ex
3. LTL truck carriers (LTL stands for "less than load", or less than an entire truck load e.g. a banded pallet)
Shipments over 150 lbs are generally sent with one of our LTL truck carriers. If your product is under 150 lbs then it may be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. The product is usually shipped within 2-4 days of receiving your order and will take 2-5 days to arrive at the buyers address after it is shipped. The amount of time in transit may vary by a day or two depending on where you are located.
It is important that the delivery company be able to reach you via telephone so they can make arrangements with you for delivery. Thus, you need to have a valid working phone number where you can be reached either directly or by leaving a message.
We will email the tracking information to you at the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us.
All product deliveries sent by LTL truck carriers are for CURBSIDE DELIVERY only. The delivery location must be safely accessible to a tractor trailer delivery truck. Any limitation impeding the ability of the truck to move closer to the final destination is at the sole discretion of the delivery truck driver.
The carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a convenient drop off time. You will need to be present to receive delivery and it is your responsibility to move the equipment from the back of the truck and into your home. The pallet can usually be broken down to make removal from the back of the truck easier, however if this is not possible then there may be a "lift gate" charge from the delivery company. If you anticipate the need for the "lift gate" service with your order please do so by including your request with your order. There is an additional fee that runs between $40-$55 provided it is preordered. Please note that once your delivery has been received by the warehouse you must set up the lift gate service by contacting the delivery company directly to request service. The "lift gate" service will move the product from the back of the truck to the curb for you. If you have any special requests for inside delivery please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements - note that extra charges may apply.
