We have intimate knowledge of the products we sell and if you are uncertain about the dimensions, warranty or applications of our products we want you to contact us before finalizing your purchase in order to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied. By making your purchase you have agreed to abide by our return policy and shipping policy.
A. Item damaged in transit:
If it appears that your product has been damaged in transit or anything is missing the buyer must make detailed notes on the shipping receipt at the time of delivery. This is very important to all parties involved because Weight Lifting Equipment Plus, its delivery companies and manufacturers rely solely on the delivery receipt to assess any damage or missing products. Thus, if the delivery receipt does not properly note any damage or missing items we will be unable to assist you with the replacement or repair of the product. Provided the delivery receipt is properly noted, Fitness Weights reserves the right to determine the final remedy to the buyer for any damaged or missing product; whether it be the repair of the damaged product or to completely replace it.
Items shipped via LTL trucking carrier are potentially subject to minor scratches or abrasions. Weight Lifting Equipment Plus does not view this as a reason for return, although we will make a reasonable effort to assist you with the repair of any minor discrepancies of this sort.
B. Damaged equipment or missing parts:
Let me assure you that we guarantee the quality of the products that we offer and all of the products that we offer are guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty. In the very unlikely event that at the time the product(s) left the manufacturer's warehouse there was anything wrong, missing or damaged we will either replace the defective part or send out a completely new product at our expense. This is a double guarantee by both our company and by the manufacturer.
C. Other returns:
If you have a change of mind after the purchase order has been processed or if the product is undeliverable due to circumstances that are out of our control we will facilitate a refund within 30 days of the delivery date subject to certain conditions. If any of the following conditions have not been met we will be unable to accept the return and therefore unable to issue a refund or issue an in store credit.
1) Within 30 days of the delivery date please contact our dedicated customer service staff via the contact us page for the return shipping address and other pertinent information. At that time we will assign you a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number. The RMA can only be issued by Weight Lifting Equipment Plus within 30 days of the items delivery date and returns that have not been properly issued a RMA number will not be accepted.
2) The returned product must be in new or unused condition, returned in the original box with all the documentation, padding, manual, accessories, parts and warranty card to ensure you receive the full amount of any eligible refund. If the product appears to show ANY signs of use to either Weight Lifting Equipment or to the manufacturer we will not be able to accept the return.
3) "Free shipping" costs are initially absorbed by Weight Lifting Equipment Plus but our store cannot and will not absorb the shipping costs for the original delivery or for the return delivery for returns that are a matter of buyer convenience or due to circumstances that are otherwise out of our control. Thus, all shipping costs, both the original delivery cost and the return delivery cost are the buyers full responsibility.
In addition to the shipping charges there will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns or refund situations.
D. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders:
Returns Policy - All International, Alaska and Hawaii Sales Are Final
Manufacturer's Warranty - We do not guarantee that the Manufacturer will cover warranty obligations for international, Alaska and Hawaii customers, please contact the manufacturer prior to ordering to address any warranty issues.
Tariff & Duty Tax info - it is the buyers sole responsibility to research your Countries regulations on international commerce. Any additional taxes or tariffs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be grounds for a return or refund!
